I just returned from a Disney Cruise with four families, and one thing I hear all the time is that Disney Cruise Line is only for families with little kids. That really could not be further from the truth.

Our group included kids ranging in age from 11 to 20, plus all of the parents whose ages will remain a mystery.

The teens made friends on the very first day, and after that we barely saw them except at dinner. They spent their time hanging out in Vibe, playing basketball, grabbing endless slices of pizza, and actually spending time together without staring at their phones.

The younger kids loved having some independence too. They spent time at Edge, where they could come and go throughout the day and enjoy games, activities, and plenty of entertainment with kids their own age.

Our older kids had the best of both worlds. They could join us in some of the lounges for mocktails, enjoy many of the evening shows, and still embrace their inner kid on the AquaMouse water coaster.

Everyone also had an amazing time at Disney's two private island destinations in the Bahamas. Between snorkeling, swimming, beaches, and activities, there was always something to do.

No matter how old your kids are, a Disney Cruise is an incredible family vacation. It gives everyone the freedom to do what they enjoy while still creating plenty of opportunities to spend quality time together. I can honestly say our entire group had an amazing time.

We are officially surviving the last month of school and honestly everyone needs something fun to look forward to right now.

I’ve got a few trips lined up over the next couple of months and I’m really looking forward to them. It’s always nice having something on the calendar to break up the routine.

I just want to say thank you to all of my amazing clients for such a great year of travel. Thank you for trusting me to help plan the family vacations and experiences that mean so much to you. Being part of these memories is truly the best part of what I do.

This year, I had families travel all over the world, from Italy, Spain, and Greece to Hawaii, Alaska, the Bahamas, Costa Rica, and Mexico, plus lots of theme park trips and many cruises around the Caribbean. Seeing where everyone went and knowing I played a small part in it never gets old.

I am so thankful for each and every one of you and cannot wait to see what 2026 brings. I am looking forward to all the new adventures and memories we will plan together. Thank you again for an incredible year.
