Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001, a day that forever changed our nation.
We honor the lives that were lost, the families who carry their memory, and the incredible bravery of the first responders, service members, volunteers, and search-and-rescue teams who stepped forward in the face of unimaginable tragedy.
We also remember the devoted search-and-rescue dogs who worked alongside their handlers, offering courage, comfort, and hope during one of our country’s darkest moments.
May we always remember the strength, unity, compassion, and love shown in the days that followed.
