A little sneak peek at one of the dishes I had the chance to experience at Lacroix at The Rittenhouse in Philadelphia! ✨

The Lobster Hashbrowns were such a unique take on brunch — crispy golden potato topped with sweet lobster salad, delicate frisée and fresh herbs, all served over a vibrant pea and yogurt purée. 🦞

The combination of textures, flavors, and beautiful presentation made this one stand out!

And if you are the vacay to vacay type. The sun, sand, sip, repeat kinda vacation. The one surrounded by blue waters, sunsets, and sandy toes.

I do that too, and maybe Aruba and a sunset beach picnic is just what you need.

There is vacation travel 🌴, and then there is adventure travel 🧭 .

And yes there is the argument you can do both in one trip, I’ll agree, you can do excursions in Caribbean and European destinations.

Here’s what I also know to be true after 11 years of doing this, you need both types. You need to unplug, relax, and soak in a vacay. You also deserve to go on grand adventures. The bucket list kind.

Luckily I’ve never had to convince this client of the above. She does both.

Anyway, here’s day 1 of Alaska. I can’t wait to continue sharing this adventure with you.
