We recently received this email from a valued customer and at Two Sisters Estate Sales we want to be clear and to be conscious of our customer base, we also think it would be a great time to explain how we price estate sales and why!

There was misunderstanding. With these newer electric power tools such as Ryobi and EGo, the batteries are very desirable. We decide it’s in our best interests to take all chargers and batteries off of the floor. We want our customer to buy the item and make sure they have a battery and a charger.

The Ryobi trimmer does include the 40V battery and charger in the listed price.

We love to work with customers on prices if they are interested in items, please let the associates know you are interested and would like to work on the price and we would be happy to discuss!

We sold many desired items on the first day at or below market value

Thursday – Full Price: We do extensive research to price items at or below fair market value.

Friday – 20% Off

Saturday – Even Deeper Discounts

Sunday – Up to 50% Off

This structure gives our clients the best opportunity to receive fair market value for their belongings while also creating some of the fun of an estate sale. You can buy an item early at or near market value, or wait for the discounts—but you never know who might walk through that door looking for that exact same item!
