UPDATE ON THE TINYTEL...

So..with the COVID situation, all lenders have frozen anything to do with Hospitality. Even tho I am hearing that hotels on the Oregon Coast did very well during the June to November open period. In some cases they had record income because people are not able to vacation long distances and the coastal areas are considered prime "driveable" destinations for Covid friendly trips.

Our units are stand alone, and need no interaction with a front desk or other people and would be prefect for those who want to "social distance".

So..as a result of the freeze by lenders...we sit and we wait....If there are people out there who would love to fund the balance needed to finish this project and earn a decent interest rate on your money instead of getting next to nothing in the bank..., please contact me at 503-338-0818.

We have already put in $ about a 1/3rd of the project, city approval is in final stages, and contractors are ready to start working....It is a 4-5 month build from start to soft opening and NOW is the time to begin in order to meet the season for next summer.

With all this Coronavirus shutdown. The TinyTel project is on hold but still planned for the future. Let’s get thru this and then we will try to get this launched.

WE WOULD LIKE TO INTRODUCE OUR PROJECT TO THE CLATSOP COMMUNITY AT LARGE.

While we are not yet up and running we are in the final stages of approval and funding.

About TInyTel: TinyTel was the result of owners Lisa and Vern Lamping owning and operating Airbnb's from their 1892 Victorian Home in Warrenton for the last 3 years.

The experience, a positive one, led them to develop a plan to put a vacant commercial lot they owned in Warrenton to good use.

After teaming up with a Tiny Home company out of Albany, the idea for TinyTel Motel/Vacation Home rentals was developed and has been in process for about 9 months.

There will be 7 - 460 Sq Ft homes. Each are designed to sleep 4 people and will have a very stylish modern and contemporary flavor. All units will have lots of window light, granite counter tops, metal railings, recessed lighting, loft bedrooms and stylish furnishings, decor and artwork...There will be several with whirlpool bath tubs, and one unit will be handicap accessible.. Internet and Netflix will be standard, as well as air conditioning for the summer months.

There will be a community gathering area with a firepit and outdoor picnic tables for family gatherings.

TinyTel will be a perfect place for family reunions, motel overnighters, weekly stays, and anyone who is looking for a place to relax and enjoy a few days while visiting the many tourist sites in the area.

We are looking forward to getting this project up and running in 2020 and if anyone is interested in partnering with us, we are setting up a crowdfunding site. Once that is up we will give you the details on that.
