A brief foray into NYC to attend A Save the elephants new film being shown by Saba Douglas Hamilton and her husband Frank Pope was a quick stop at Consulate on W 55 th st. for a quick bite. And it was sheer heaven a ceviche with fluke , mouth wateringly yummy. !
