Neo Nomad Visa
Neo Nomad Visa открывает новые удобные возможности для путешественников из разных стран мира. Она позволяет иностранным туристам оставаться мобильными, работать удалённо в своей зарубежной компании и проживать в Казахстане в течение года. Для получения нового типа визы В12-1 необходимо обратиться в посольство или консульские учреждения РК за границей.
Важно отметить, что по этой визе не предусмотрена возможность трудоустройства в Казахстане. В соответствии со статьей 216 Налогового кодекса РК обязательства у обладателя Neo Nomad Visa по уплате налогов в Казахстане отсутствуют, так как источник его дохода находится за пределами страны. Несоблюдение данного требования повлечет за собой немедленное аннулирование визы и запрет на въезд в Республику Казахстан сроком на 5 лет!

Иностранцы, которые хотят совмещать свою работу с путешествиями по Казахстану, могут подать заявление на получения Neo Nomad Visa. Для этого необходимо предоставить несколько документов в ближайшее загранучреждения РК:
1) Банковская выписка за последние 6 месяцев, подтверждающая ежемесячный доход свыше 3 000 долларов США.
2) Налоговая декларация, выданная компетентным органом страны гражданства.
3) Справка о несудимости, выданная органом страны гражданства или постоянного места жительства.
4) Медстраховка на срок действия визы.
5) Приглашение от туристской компании (LOI) в Казахстане ( LOI не требуется для граждан 48 стран).
Процесс оформления Neo Nomad Visa занимает не более 5 рабочих дней. Виза выдается на срок до 1 года и предусмотрена возможность ее продления. Члены семьи основного заявителя также могут получить визу. Во время подачи заявления на визу в посольстве Казахстана или консульстве у вас будут снимать отпечатки пальцев.

Neo Nomad Visa

Neo Nomad Visa (NNV) opens up new opportunities for travelers from around the world. It allows foreign tourists to remain mobile, work remotely in their foreign company and live in Kazakhstan for a year. To obtain a new type of visa B12-1, you must contact the embassy or consular offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad.

PLEASE BE ADVISED! THIS VISA DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF EMPLOYMENT IN KAZAKHSTAN.

In accordance with Article 216 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the holder of the Neo Nomad Visa has no obligation to pay taxes in Kazakhstan, since the source of his income is outside the country. Failure to comply this requirement will bring immediate visa termination and banned to enter Republic of Kazakhstan for the 5 years!

Foreigners who want to combine their work with traveling around Kazakhstan can apply for a Neo Nomad Visa. To do this, you need to provide several documents to the nearest foreign institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) Bank statement for the last 6 months confirming monthly income over 3,000 US dollars

2) Tax return issued by the competent authority of the country of citizenship

3) Certificate of no criminal record issued by the authority of the country of citizenship or permanent residence

4) Medical insurance for the duration of the visa

The Neo Nomad Visa application process takes usually than 5 working days. The visa is issued for a period of up to 1 year and can be extended. Family members of the main applicant can also receive a visa. During the visa application at the KZ Embassy of Consulate you will be fingerprinted.
