UPDATE: The Relax, Restore, Renew retreat was a wonderful success! The weather largely cooperated for outdoor forest walks, mindfulness exercises, and meditation guidance. The new walking path throughout the Sunrise Log Cabins property (with custom-built log benches!) was well-used and well-loved. (We've had the dream of a walking trail for several years and it finally came together.)
Our attendees had the perfect mix of time together and solo, introspective time. They raved about their experiences. (Ttestimonials soon)
Thanks to Peter and Linda for leading. It was just right.
