I apologize for the lack of posting since the holidays. We are working on getting things lined up for the 2025 season. Here is one of the schedules we will be following this year. The other one will be 34 Raceway once they have it updated for our class. Thank you for following along. I will post more as we get the car and schedules closer to the season.

Well with the crazy work schedule of harvest starting, I completely forgot to post an update from Eldon last Saturday. We started 6th in our heat and finished 3rd. When the feature was set to roll off, we started in the 6th spot. Managed to bring the car home with a 4th place finish. This was more than likely our last race of the 2024 season. I can’t thank my family, friends and sponsors for all the support they provide to keep this show on the road. Also thank you to Carroll Hoover for the great photo.

It is RACE DAY in Eldon! We are finishing the last few things and will be loaded up to head to the super half mile. As of right now this will be the last race of the season for the 13 car with harvest fast approaching.

Little late on the update from this previous Saturday at Eldon, but better late than never. We started 6th in heat and finished in 3rd. This put us starting 6th in the feature. First lap, first corner and traffic got backed up. I slipped back to 9th or so and had to work back up. Had a restart and the car didn’t want to fire off very well. We finished the night in 7th place.

It’s race day! We are getting the last few things finished up and will be headed to Eldon for the Petersen Memorial Race.

Just a reminder, no racing for the 13 car this weekend. Our next races will be at The Eldon Raceway on September 7th and the 14th.

Well that’s a wrap on our first season at the 34 Raceway. Saturday night was the final points race of the year and one we would be able to attend. We started 3rd in the heat and was running 5th when a late caution came out. On the restart we were still in 5th until we got ran over over by another car trying to pass. Ended up finishing the heat in 6th place. At intermission they had a meet and greet with the drivers. It was great to see all the fans coming out and seeing the cars and getting autographs. We went straight into our feature after intermission where I started in 6th and finished 7th after 15 green flag laps. When the dust settled we ended up finishing the season 6th in points. I can’t thank my family, sponsors, and friends enough for the support they give me through the season. We still have a couple more races on the schedule for September. Thank you to Brittany for the picture of me and the kids.

After some time off and family vacation to the Iowa State Fair, The 13 car will be returning to the 34 Raceway for season championship night. We hope you can make it out and cheer us on.

Sorry for the late update, the plan was to race this week at Osky and 34 but those plans have changed and the car will stay on the stands. At this time we will be planning on running after the state fair. I will try to keep everybody updated as the time gets nearer. Thank you for all the support.

First off I want to apologize for the lack of posts lately. At the start of the season we discussed that we were not going to run for track points and just race for fun. We have had fun this season that’s for sure, here lately we have been taking some time with our kids and enjoying some summer vacations with the kids. With that being said the 13 car will be back on the track in a couple of weeks. We will for sure be at 34 Raceway on July 27th, and possibly Oskaloosa before that. I will try to keep you all posted. Thank you for the support.

Well it was just one of those nights. Track started the night pretty heavy and ended the night being very tricky with monster cushion and some dry slick spots. Went 1st to 4th in the heat race. Managed to invert to the pole again for the feature. Got bounced around a bit and just struggled with the track. After jumping the cushion I ended up pulling off to save equipment. Went 1st to 9th. We will be away from the track next weekend. Thank you to my family, crew, and sponsors for keeping this show on the road.

Well our plan is to head to 34 Raceway on Saturday for the weekly show.

Well Mother Nature held off long enough to get the show in last night at 34 Raceway. The heat race consisted of a driver error that resulted in a last place finish and putting us behind the 8 ball for the feature. Feature time rolled around and put us starting 11th out of 13 cars. Put the car on the bottom of the track and rode it out and brought it home in 5th place giving us our first top 5 at 34. I can’t thank my family, sponsors, crew and friends enough for all the help they provide to keep us moving.
