🙃Last week we did something crazy.
We dropped everything and spent a long weekend at Walt Disney World®️Resort. Yep, just 2 adults - no kids! I made all the arrangements (hotel, tickets, dining reservations, Lightning Lane selections, etc...) in the car on the way down, and we arrived at midnight with a plan. (Because even with 17 years of experience, I do not simply walk into Disney World!) I say this not to brag, but to show that last minute trips come together with ease when your travel advisor is making the magic for you! Do I recommend this for a first time, milestone or multi-gen Disney vacation? No (although, I have pulled a few of those off with less than 48 hours notice!) But, with me pulling the strings and levers of planning while you pack and get on the road, it can be done! The key is a Magic Maker who can do her thing while you drive! If you have been looking forward to Universal Epic Universe being "open a while" before you visit, please lean in! Not only are there 4 theme parks at Walt Disney World - there are also 4 golf courses! Oak Trail, shown here, is the perfect 9 hole experience for families and nervous beginners like me. (Seen here about to play golf for the first time ever!) The others, including the other three 18 hole courses are all are Certified by Audubon International as a Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuaries.
