Morning Star Retreat is a 2200 sq. ft. one level (no steps at all) house situated right on the lake!

It can be rented for a family gathering, a small group getaway, teambuilding time, couples escape, or other type of rest and relaxation and retreat!

The North Country Trail Association has many trailheads and hundreds of miles of trails in the area.. beautiful hiking all year round. This February hike was 15 degrees above average temp... would usually have a lot more snow at this time of year. very peaceful. very refreshing. The nearest trailhead is just a 5 minute drive from Morning Star Retreat.

The refresh in the sunroom is a major win.

It was the least impressive room in the house, with blah carpet, a small window set too high to see the lake if seated, and it just didn’t make sense as a room.

With a set of four mid-century swivels, warm stone and new floor, and what has been called “a million-dollar view” through a window with 10x more viewing.. literally the largest window legal to set in the space, the sunroom has become a fav place to chill!

The 4600 mile North Country Trail Association has multiple trail heads within a few miles of Morning Star Retreat and is great hiking year round! Spring came early in 2021 ☀️🥾🌲
