Join Friends of Wisconsin State Parks and our community partner, Visit Wausau - Wisconsin's Basecamp, for a FREE evening of fun, friendship, music, and celebration at Granite Peak Ski Resort.

When? Friday, November 6th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Where? Granite Peak Ski Area (at Historic Chalet)
Cost? Free and open to everyone!

Gather with Friends and other Friends groups from across Wisconsin as we celebrate 30 years of supporting Wisconsin’s cherished public lands—and the people who care for them. Discover how neighbors become volunteers, visitors become advocates, and a love for an outdoor place grows into a community.

Challenge yourself to experience the best of Wisconsin!! You have the entire month of October to hike, walk, backpack, or run 46 miles on the Ice Age National Scenic Trail. However you choose to do it, you'll finish with unforgettable adventures, earn a certificate of achievement, and have a cool 2026 patch to show off 😎
