I read this book a couple of weeks ago and can't get it out of my head so I thought I would share it with all of you.
It makes you rethink local versus commercial organic, plus a ton of other things.

$2.50 per dozen.
Our chickens are in the woods, pasture and fed certified organic feed. You can really tell by the nice richness in the yolks.
