Water Oak Aikikai is offering a new class for all students
BREATHE
This class will be offered for free to all water oak aikikai members and $15 for non-members. It is a 30 minute class focusing on breathing, meditation and flexibility, offered on Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6-6:30pm. It will be taught by Brenda, more info is available at

Swimming instruction at a personal level. We develope a personal plan for each swimmer to help them achieve their goals. This is not your cookie cutter program. We teach in small groups, or private lessons to allow the personal attention you need and deserve.

Videos like this remind me to teach the child that in front of me. We all would like to teach a superstar but I find real purpose in teaching a hardworking motivated swimmers that give everything they have to their sport.

Water Oak Aikikai is extending its programming this fall to offer an Introduction to Martial Arts Class for kids 5 to 10. This 8week class is focused on teaching yoga, stretching and flexibility, self defense. We will also teach punching. kicking, rolling aikido and introduction to weapons.
