Book club meets leadership development meets yoga!

Risking Everything, by my friend and local author Sarah Corson, will challenge you in ways you didn’t think possible.
We will discuss and have an introspective activity, then peer coach each other in a life of delight, followed by yoga.

$50 for the full book club + yoga
$25 for book club only

We do have a Row and Glow coming up Friday. We are watching weather and right now keeping our fingers crossed. We will probably start at 5 to get ahead of rain coming in. Local artist and sculptor Corinne Cox has allowed “Gregoria” her Pilates inspired sculpture to hang out at Four Winds for awhile. Come in and admire her work the next time you are passing through. We love the girl energy Gregoria brings. ❤️
