Experience stargazing in Cameron County at the May Hollow Skyway Astronomy Education program on Saturday, June 13th starting at 9PM. The park is open to the public night or day, May-October.
Visitors may hike back after parking in the adjacent parking area off of May Hollow Road.
Directions to the site:
Take South Broad Street from Emporium to Whittimore Road. Follow Whittimore Road until you reach the stop sign. Go straight at the stop sign onto May Hollow Road. Stay on May Hollow Road until you see the turnoff for Lookout Lane. (You will see a Dark Sky sign.) Turn onto Lookout Lane and follow this road to the parking area. Walk in from parking area ONLY. Below are the GPS coordinates for the parking area.
