Destination marketing bureau for travel and tourism in Brooke and Hancock Counties, WV These receptions are free and open to the public.

The Top of West Virginia CVB strives to promote and encourage the travel and tourism economy in Brooke and Hancock counties and the City of Weirton. We operate the Weirton Event Center in downtown Weirton, where generous sponsorships and our ad dollars allow us to offer FREE Friday summer concerts from May through August. The Event Center is also available for rentals by private groups and non-profits. Check out our webpage, www.topofwv.com, and check here regularly for more information. Summit Art Gallery, home of the Top of WV Arts Council, is housed within the Top of WV headquarters (3539 Main Street in Weirton, WV) and is open for viewing during regular business hours. A new exhibition opens every two months, and an associated evening reception is held.

Meet Discover Northern West Virginia, our new brand identity! The team worked hard with Nikki Butler Design to create a new name and logo that encompasses who we are and what we do. Although we have a new look, our purpose remains the same: the official destination marketing and tourism organization for Hancock County, Brooke County and the City of Weirton in West Virginia’s Northern Panhandle. We’re excited for this next chapter!
