Beach Dreams Cottages is a Community located in the picturesque New England Seaside Town of Wells. The community consists of 229 quaint cottages and year-round townhouses, located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via interstate 95. The amenities include a large clubhouse, a fully equipped gym, game arcade, one heated swimming pool and a hot tub – all which are accessible to those who visit. Owners also enjoy the privacy of an owners only club house, two additional heated pools and hot tub. Beach Dreams is conveniently a scheduled stop on the Wells Trolley Line, providing guests with the ability to travel through Wells and the surrounding area with ease.
