We have Chuck Eye steak in our Farm Store. Here is info!!

The next-door neighbor to the Ribeye is the Chuck Eye. Its cut from the first few steaks in the chuck after the Rib is removed. It is tender and juicy and usually less expensive than the Ribeye.
