Fun story Friday:

About a year ago, I walked into a showing. I was working with a lovely couple. The owner was still at home, and had a large white bird.

I was super nervous. When I walked around the corner, I dropped my keys. Under my breath I said "Ah, sh*t." Quiet enough that I don't think anyone heard. I was wrong. From the office I heard, "Squawk! We don't say those words!"

Been in the house 5 seconds and already being talked down to by a bird...
