We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive Group Travel Operations Manager to support the planning, coordination, and ex*****on of multi-guest group trips (20–200+ travelers).
This person will be the organizational backbone of the business — managing vendors, guest communication, trip logistics, payments, and travel documentation to ensure every trip runs smoothly.
Our goal is to scale, take on more groups, and elevate the client experience. 😆Are you in?
Here’s the ideal operation manager:
✈️ 2+ years in travel operations, event planning, hospitality, or logistics
✈️ Experience with large groups, retreats, or travel agencies preferred
✈️ Comfortable with CRM and itinerary software
Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong project management
• Highly organized with flawless attention to detail
• Able to juggle multiple bookings in various stages
• Great with timelines, systems, and follow-through
