Excited to feature our recently renovated games room! Isn’t she a beauty?

We’re loving the new floating staircase, freshly painted walls, and spanking new coated concrete floor. This garage-converted games room hosts an array of fun activities:

• Pool table 🎱 • Table tennis 🏓 • Dart board (to be installed) 🎯 • Bikes 🚲 • Electric go-kart 🏎️
There’s also an art & craft table and easel for the resident artistes 🎨

There’s something for everyone; whether you’re feeling competitive, creative, or just fancy a spin on the go-kart.

Winter magic vibes ❄️
This is the same window as my last post just after the storm rolled through and dropped 3 feet of snow!

Cue a weekend of:
• skiing at Hunter (only 20 mins away) ⛷️
• sledding down our hill 🛷
• watching movies in cozy beanbags by the wood-burning fire 🔥
• great meals around the large dining table 😋
• copious amounts of hot chocolate and treats ☕️
• the joyous, and at times too boisterous, sounds of giggly, mischievous teens ❤️

Here’s a snapshot from the new window in our new den bedroom, with a lovely view of the snowy front garden glowing in the golden hour light.

This 4th bedroom is officially my favorite. Tucked away on the lower floor, it’s quiet, cozy, and so soothing. Best part? It can sleep a family of 5, or works perfectly as a fun bunk space for a bunch of kids… making it an easy favorite for families and group getaways alike.
