Attention football fans and Chamber supporters: We can really use your help filling our squares pool for Buffalo's opening game this season. There are 8 great prizes to be won. Thanks to little fundraisers like this, we haven't raised our membership rate in over a decade! Please help us out if you can. Thank you!

Could this finally be our year? If you're as excited as we are about the upcoming football season, please consider purchasing some squares in our first squares pool of the season!

This pool will be for Buffalo’s opening game on Sunday, Sept. 7 against Baltimore, and we will award EIGHT autographed and authenticated jerseys during the game! A donation of $20 per square is required to enter.

Join us from 4 to 7 p.m. tonight for Kids' Day at the West Seneca Farmers' Market, sponsored by Western New York Federal Credit Union! Watch for Kids' Day promotions from participating vendors, and be sure to stop by the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce table for free suckers and No. 2 pencils, while supplies last. Providing musical entertainment at the market from approximately 5 to 6:30 p.m. will be Monica Huntz. Special guest vendors will include Spectrum Health & Human Services and WNY Federal Credit Union. After seven years our producing the West Seneca Community Guide internally, we partnered this year with Town Square Publications, LLC to take some of the work off our hands and to hopefully take the guide to a new level.

The result? A 32-page magazine (up from 20 pages) and an online version as well! We couldn't be happier!

The West Seneca Chamber of Commerce will host a trade show event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, in the West Seneca Community Center & Library, 1300 Union Road. The Vendor Showcase will feature 25 local vendors (businesses and nonprofit organizations) and will also feature an Indoor Yard Sale to benefit the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

All vendors will provide a discount, promotional giveaway or fun activity. Participants will include the following: Axiom Coaching, Buffalo First Wealth Management, Chiro First Wellness Center, Clarity Group of NY, Clever Girl Design Studio, CM Travel, Devil’s Lettuce, Horizon Martial Arts, Hoy Funeral Home, Kirchmyer Media & Memorabilia, Lakeside Memorial Funeral Home, Lawley, Majestic Hill Coffee Roasters, Maralynn Johnson LMT, Meichle Latham LCSWRT (Coach, Counselor), Nothing Bundt Cakes, Plymouth Crossroads, Real Life Guitar, Simply the Best Cleaning Services, Siwy Chiropractic & Wellness, Styling Sandy (All About Hair & Nails), West Seneca Art Society, West Seneca Chamber of Commerce, West Seneca Joint Veterans Committee and the Women's Business Center at Canisius University.

As with previous Chamber-sponsored Indoor Yard Sale events, nothing will be priced. If you see something you like, it’s yours. All we ask is that you consider leaving a donation of any amount for the upcoming Alzheimer’s Walk. Everyone who donates at least $10 will receive a coupon for a free Rosina product while supplies last.

Spot Coffee and the West Seneca Public Library will also be open during the event, which will take place in the Community Center’s main atrium and Recreation Department gym. We hope to see you there!

Exciting news from our friends at ConnectLife, and yet another reason to sign up for our blood drive on Sept. 4!

As you know, at every blood drive we like to have some sort of incentive to give to our selfless blood donors. In addition to our regular monthly incentives, we are also entering every blood donor who fits the criteria into a raffle for an amazing once-in-a-lifetime prize!

Thanks to ConnectLife's amazing community partners at the Buffalo Bills, donors will have an extra incentive to be at your upcoming blood drive. It will get them one step closer to winning a suite for 16 people at the final regular season game at Highmark Stadium!

To enter, donors must make one double red donation, two whole blood donations, or four platelet donations between Aug. 1 and Dec. 31. 2025. ConnectLife will draw a winner from all qualified donors by Friday, Jan. 2 – just in time for that final home game the following weekend.
