One of the most popular attractions at the Big E is the Avenue of States which is inclusive of all six of the New England States: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. The goal of the Connecticut Building at the Big E is to promote the State’s agriculture and natural resources; Connecticut-based industry; tourism and culture; and to celebrate the talent, skill and innovation of Connecticut artists, craftspeople, agricultural producers and manufacturers.

It’s official: the Connecticut Pizza Trail is here! 🍕

We asked the public to vote for their favorite pizzerias in CT, and boy did we get a response. After receiving your votes, we teamed up with experts in the industry to help make sure we had it right, and the rest is history.

Our newly-launched Pizza Trail features the Top 100 pizzerias in the state, with pins to guide you through your charred & cheesy journey. This trail is a truly unique way to try out some of the best pizza in the country. After all, we are the Pizza Capital of the US (prove us wrong 😏).

The Big E concluded after a successful 17-day run, attracting over 1.5 million visitors despite a slight decrease in attendance from the previous year.
