Greece has a stray cat population that is well cared for by its citizens with strict laws to protect the cats. Everywhere we went we saw cats, almost all of which were docile, friendly and welcomed being pet.

I'm still thinking about the lunch and wine tasting we had on Santorini at . The dish that looks like hummus is actually fava beans and was AMAZING! The tomato paste dip is unlike any other tomatoes I've ever tasted (of course Bill and I brought some home, along with a few bottles of wine 🍷)

Did you know Collette provides all transportation for group tours, including to and from the airport? Check out the coach bus they sent for our airport shuttle for 10 of us!

The changing of the guards at the Parliament in Athens was so interesting to see! The entire process took about 7 minutes.
