From August 17 to 20, 2025, a rare and breathtaking sight awaits — six planets will align across the sky in the last planetary parade of the year.
🔭 Which planets will be visible?
• Mercury – Closest to the horizon and visible briefly before sunrise.
• Venus – The brilliant “Morning Star,” shining brighter than any other planet.
• Jupiter – The giant planet, easily spotted as a bright point of light.
• Saturn – Famous for its rings, best viewed with binoculars or a small telescope.
• Uranus – A faint bluish-green planet, visible with binoculars or a telescope.
• Neptune – The farthest planet, requiring a telescope to see clearly
🌠 Viewing Tips
• Best time: About 45 minutes before sunrise, facing the eastern horizon.
• Location: Choose a dark spot away from city lights with an unobstructed view.
• Equipment: Venus, Mercury, Jupiter, and Saturn can be seen with the naked eye; Uranus and Neptune need optical aid.
