Since purchasing their beach home several years ago, the owners of 13 Montauk have managed to make their already beautiful home, better!

Hi Beachcomber Tenants! We’ve received multiple inquiries regarding summer 2023 and wanted to provide a quick update to those thinking ahead.

After closing the chapter on one rental season, we can then begin to look ahead to the next one. Our Landlord Contracts are annual. They end in September, which is when new ones are sent out.

We typically have these contracts signed and returned to our office by late fall/early winter. Once in hand, we are able to update rental information on our website and begin to accept new reservations for the upcoming rental season.
