📅 Event Planners: Prepare Your Event Travelers for the REAL ID Change! ✈️

Starting May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or another approved ID (like a passport) to board domestic flights. Don’t let your event guests get caught off guard!

💡 What Event Planners Need to Know:

Communicate Early: Include this important update in your event communications - emails, itineraries, and pre-travel checklists.

Remind Travelers: If their ID doesn’t have a ⭐, it’s time to upgrade at the DMV.

Alternative IDs: Passports, military IDs, and Global Entry cards will still be accepted - make sure international travelers are aware.

🚦 Pro Tip:

Consider sending out a “REAL ID Readiness Check” in pre-event materials to help travelers avoid travel hiccups.
