🇮🇹 If you’re heading to Rome and need a safe gluten-free meal, add Pizza in Trevi to your list! 🍕✨

Located just steps from the Trevi Fountain, this restaurant is certified by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), and the attention to detail blew me away. The moment I mentioned I couldn’t have gluten, they immediately removed my placemat, cup, and silverware and replaced everything with a blue placemat, a fresh cup, and wrapped silverware to clearly identify my gluten-free meal.

Even better? The entire menu can be made gluten-free! They have a completely separate gluten-free kitchen, so cross-contact isn’t a concern.

For dinner, I enjoyed gluten-free bruschetta, ravioli, and one of the best gluten-free cheesecakes I’ve ever had - yes, even with a graham cracker crust! 🤩

They also own the gelato shop next door, which offers plenty of gluten-free options. I was way too full after dinner to stop in, but it’s definitely on my list.

If you’re planning a trip to Rome, this is one restaurant you won’t want to miss! 🇮🇹

Season 4 of Ted Lasso drops tomorrow!!! I had to throw it back to one of my favorite Ted Lasso spots - especially since it includes a gluten-free review! ⚽️💙

Last summer, when I was in London, I visited The Prince’s Head in Richmond, the pub used for the exterior shots of the Crown & Anchor in Ted Lasso. It was so much fun seeing it in person! I also walked over to Richmond Green, where so many scenes were filmed, stopped by the little shop next door that’s dedicated to Ted Lasso merch, and even visited the building used as Ted’s apartment.

I was also excited that the pub had gluten-free options on the menu. 😀🍔🍟

Now… the burger? 🙄 It definitely did the job, but I wouldn’t recommend going for the food. I’ll give it a solid 5/10. The Ted Lasso experience, though? 10/10 and absolutely worth the visit if you’re a fan.

Who’s ready for Season 4 tomorrow? Believe. 💛

One of the highlights of our group trip at Hyatt Ziva Cancun was an incredible multi-course Chef’s Table dinner led by Chef Arturo. ✨

Every dish was thoughtfully crafted with remarkable attention to detail, creativity, and flavor. It was amazing to watch the culinary team’s passion shine through each course and see the dedication that goes into creating a truly memorable dining experience.

And the best part? Every course was completely gluten-free. ♥️

Experiences like this are what make our group trips so special for gluten-free travelers. Thank you to Chef Arturo and the entire culinary team for an unforgettable evening!

Meet Monserrat ♥️

Monserrat is a sous chef at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, and in this photo she has her hand over her heart because the resort believes in “service from the heart.” If you’ve ever met her, you know she truly lives that every day.

She always has a smile on her face, makes you feel instantly at ease, and somehow makes a resort feel like home. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care are a big part of what makes the guest experience so special.

What I love most is that this attitude extends throughout the entire culinary team. Whether it’s answering questions, accommodating dietary needs, or simply checking in to make sure everything is perfect, everyone works together to make guests feel welcomed, cared for, and safe dining here.

I ran into her today while having lunch at Chevy’s, the resort’s American diner, where they serve what might just be the BEST gluten-free burger I’ve ever had. The bun is unbelievably soft, and honestly… I guess I had to come to Mexico to find my favorite American burger! 🍔😂

Thank you, Monserrat, and the entire team, for always serving from the heart.
