Have you ever seen a spider wed basking in a sunrise and actually had the time to stop and think about the effort put forth by such a seemingly insignificant little creature? Have you ever walked upon a place and wondered... who lived here, what did they think, how did they live and what must it have been like? Get into hiking and watch yourself come to life by taking note of nature, history and all that really surrounds us in the real world in which we live…. Just walk through the woods… but what we take away will energize the body and open your mind to thoughts for our future as we explore the world around us…
