✨ NEW Hollywood Studios Character Experience Details Released! ✨

Disney just revealed new details and concept art for the updated experience coming to the former Star Wars Launch Bay area at Hollywood Studios, and this actually looks SO cute for families and younger kids!

Here’s what we know so far:
🎨 Olaf drawing experience
🌸 Indoor Alice in Wonderland-themed playground
👑 Characters expected to appear:
Mulan, Rapunzel, Goofy, Donald, Daisy, Stitch, and Chip & Dale

This feels like Disney is adding more interactive family spaces and character experiences back into Hollywood Studios, which I honestly think the park really needs.

I especially love seeing more indoor play areas being added — perfect for those hot Florida afternoons ☀️

Disney has announced that Carousel of Progress will temporarily close on July 6, 2026, for a major reimagining, reopening in 2027!

The updated attraction will feature new decades, updated technology scenes, a Walt Disney animatronic preshow, and a futuristic finale — all while keeping the classic “There’s a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow.” 🌎✨

From the 1969 moon landing to the rise of the internet and even life in space, the beloved family will take guests through a whole new journey of progress.

It’s Memorial Day Weekend… on a SUNDAY… and honestly? 👀 The wait times at Walt Disney World really are not too shabby at all.

Sure, there are a couple attractions pulling higher waits like Test Track and Guardians of the Galaxy 🚗🚀 but overall? The parks are looking REALLY good for a holiday weekend.

I have clients there right now having an AMAZING time ❤️

You know what holiday weekend I also highly recommend? Labor Day weekend! Honestly, summer at Walt Disney World is one of my favorite times to go. Yes… it’s warm ☀️😂 but crowd levels are usually much better than people expect, wait times can be surprisingly manageable, and pricing is often better than many other times of year — even during Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends.

And last minute trips? Those are some of my FAVORITES to plan ✨
