We let the fish rest today. Instead, we sampled water with the Almanor watershed group. We measured temps and and dissolved oxygen amongst other items of interest. This is done several times a year to help monitor the overall health of our beautiful lake over time. If you're interested is helping their cause, you can be assured of rewarding outdoor time!

A nice catch and release of a 7.5lbs German Brown. Awesome clients, strong release. What a joy to see these fish head back into their waters for another time. Pay it forward, keep em wet, and release them responsibly.

Let the good times roll. Summer is starting to wind down. The kids are getting ready to start school again. Soon, these smiles will be fewer and fewer. It sure feels great now!
