We’re excited to officially launch the new Wetumpka Area Chamber of Commerce website and upgraded Member Portal, designed to better connect our members, promote our business community, and make it easier to access your Chamber benefits.

This is more than a new look, it gives us better tools to connect businesses, increase member visibility, share resources and serve our growing business community.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating this exciting new chapter with their team. We’re so grateful for the work you’re doing to help children in our community grow, learn, and thrive.

We’re also thankful for the important role you’re playing in supporting local families by making it possible for parents to be part of the Wetumpka workforce. We’re excited to watch Growing Hearts grow and thrive right here in our community!

The ribbon cutting will take place at noon, but the model home will be open until 2:00 p.m., so stop by to tour the home, see an example of the beautiful homes coming to Laurel Ridge, meet the team, and help us celebrate this exciting milestone with D.R. Horton!

🎉 Congratulations to Ivy Creek Healthcare!

We are excited to celebrate Ivy Creek Healthcare being awarded two grants totaling more than $2.19 million through the Alabama Rural Health Transformation Program!

This incredible funding will help expand healthcare services, technology, and access for communities across Elmore and Tallapoosa counties. We are so proud to see this investment in rural healthcare and the impact it will have on our community!

BIG NEWS FOR RURAL HEALTHCARE 📣

Ivy Creek Healthcare has been awarded two grants totaling more than $2.19 million through the Alabama Rural Health Transformation Program.

Here’s what it means for Elmore and Tallapoosa counties:

✅ Strengthening diagnostic imaging
✅ Establishing emergency telepsychiatry and telemedicine services, including real-time access to cardiology, neurology, and behavioral health specialists
✅ Creating an in-house microbiology laboratory
✅ Supporting non-emergency medical transportation
✅ Upgrading electronic health record and cybersecurity systems
✅ Improving care coordination and protecting patient information

More services. Stronger technology. Greater access to quality healthcare, closer to home.
