We just completed our brand new vacation home in November, 2013 and we are proud to offer it up as a nightly (minimum stay required) or weekly vacation rental to responsible persons. The river is renowned for
it's trout fishing. (Yes, there is a legal time of year for trout fishing, so be sure to check first) It's also a great river to kayak, canoe or even tube down. The river is a cool/cold river because of the natural springs that feed the river. It never completely freezes over during the winter in front of our place due to the current, so it makes for a beautiful winter retreat as well. Invision the sights of the snow pack on the ground and the unfrozen river moving by. The home offers tons of privacy on the 3.47 wooded acre building site with 229' of private, high bank, White River frontage. There is only one neighbor next door, but they are only there once in a while. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry room and a Great Room that will leave you breathless! The Great Room has a 21' high ceiling and is decked out in Knotty Pine throughout with circle sawn oak hardwood flooring stained a dark walnut color. Just beautiful! The kitchen has tile flooring with Rustic Hickory cabinets and black appliances. It will comfortably sleep 9 persons with it's two queen beds, it's full over full bunk and one twin bed. Dish Network is the TV service provider. No phone or internet service provided. (Only internet available is satellite) However, those of you who have smartphones, 4G lte service is there. That's what we use if we need it. Remember, you are there to relax and GET AWAY FROM SOME OF THOSE EVERYDAY ROUTINES. :)
The yard is of nice size for yard games and kids to play. We also have a kids playset with a slide, clubhouse, sandbox and swings. The property on each side of us IS PRIVATE PROPERTY and we ask that you respect our neighbors by staying within our property lines. We've worked very hard to make this dream home as beautiful as it is, and all we would every ask from anyone who rents our home is to treat it good and help us keep the home looking great for years to come. Please treat it nicely and as you'd want others to treat your home. Thank you for understanding and granting our wishes.
