Planning a winter trip? Melhem Retreats has it all. Stay in our luxury home. Snow shoe our private trails, skate on the lake when it is frozen, snowmobile on the adjacent NH Snowmobile Trails, or enjoy area skiing only 15 minutes away. When the day is over, warm up by the fire, enjoy a jetted whirlpool bath, or play some air hockey and ping pong in the game room.

Summer is right around the corner! July and August are pretty booked, but we still have some openings in June! And stay tuned for pictures coming soon of the improvements we made over the last year. Added 70 more acres, bringing the total property to 210 acres, two brand new docks, new gated entranceway, and beautiful on site trails to walk.

Year round vacation enjoyment! Close to skiing and right on the snowmobile trails. Lake life in the summer! Beautiful secluded log sided lake front home situated on 140 acres with over 2500 foot of water frontage. This home can sleep up to 12 people but only sits eight at the dining table. Master with king and ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath tub. 3 flat screen t.v's. Fireplaced living room, outdoor fire pit area, and more.

Beautiful and very private 140 acres on Burns lake. 1/2 mile long driveway, dock. Speed boats and jet skis are allowed. Fishing is abundant. In the winter, it's the perfect spot for snowmobiles and it's close to ski resorts. The home provides sleeping for the whole gang with two private rooms and two bunk rooms. Gourmet kitchen with all utensils and dishware for 12 guests. Outdoor grill and fire pit make for great lakeside memories. Central air conditioning. On site trash disposal.
