I’ve always loved travel—it’s been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It’s been my escape, and something exciting to look forward to.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I truly believe travel can help you feel calmer, clearer, and a little lighter. And you don’t need a big vacation… sometimes you just need a change of scenery.

Whether it’s a road trip, a long weekend, or a few days somewhere new—stepping away has a way of resetting everything.
