Our travelers just returned from a wonderful 9-day "SWEET CAROLINA" adventure through the South and Appalachians! From stunning mountain vistas to late-spring flowers dotting the Appalachian foothills, this tour was filled with beauty around every bend.

Guests enjoyed a scenic ride aboard the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway and explored breathtaking estates including the Biltmore House & Gardens, Bellingrath Home, and The Hermitage Mansion — each one rich with history, charm, and inspiration.

One especially fun stop took the group to Laurel, Mississippi, where they visited the Laurel Mercantile and Scotsman General Store, made famous by HGTV's Hometown.

40 hard-working drivers and Village Travel coaches — along with mechanics, a detailer, a dispatcher, a safety specialist, and a general manager — are just returning from providing shuttle service for attendees at the Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) May 15 - 17! 🎶🚌✨

🎆Held at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, this massive three-day electronic dance music festival spanned 10 stages and is known for its incredible blend of music, art, lights, and carnival-inspired experiences. With hundreds of top DJs, immersive stage productions, fireworks, and larger-than-life art installations, EDC attracts more than 500,000 attendees for three unforgettable nights of music and entertainment.

We were proud to help keep the event moving safely and smoothly! A huge thank-you to every Village Travel employee who worked behind the scenes and on the ground to make it all happen. Your hard work, long hours, and dedication are truly appreciated! Special shout-outs to Josh Beatty and Kelly Kennedy for their outstanding leadership, which helped the entire operation run like a well-oiled machine.

Philadelphia? Sure, we go there — but usually not with 55 of our beautiful coaches! 🚍🏌️‍♂️

We're proud to have our incredible drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, and support team representing Village Travel at the 2026 PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club, just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Our team is providing shuttle service between parking areas and the golf course, helping thousands of fans get to the action safely and efficiently each day.

Behind the scenes, dispatchers have been coordinating schedules, routes, and communication between drivers and event organizers, while a mechanic works tirelessly to keep the fleet running smoothly. Several employees from other departments also stepped in, trading their usual roles for driver uniforms during the event.

The PGA Championship wraps up Sunday, May 17, and by May 18 our team will begin heading home, proud of the work they accomplished together during a successful championship week.

Look closely and you might spot one of our coaches in this news story. We currently have 55 coaches providing shuttle service at the Aronimink Golf Club just outside of Philadelphia!

Spectators attending the PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club are being urged to plan ahead as organizers rely on offsite parking and shuttle transportation to manage crowds expected to reach about 200,000 over the week.

What a wonderful celebration we shared yesterday honoring the retirements of two incredible Tour Directors, Sylvia Janes and Judith Hilbun! ❤️✈️

We are so grateful to everyone who came out to wish them well and celebrate the lasting impact they've made through the years. The room was filled with laughter, memories, hugs, and heartfelt stories from so many travelers whose lives were touched by their kindness, dedication, and passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

Sylvia and Judith helped turn countless trips into treasured memories, and it was truly special to see so many familiar faces gathered to thank them for the years of joy and adventure they shared with all of us!

We wish them both the very best in retirement and many exciting journeys ahead! 🌍
