My RV Time Share

My RV Time Share Own part of this RV with up to 9 other partners. You pay 10% of the cost, $9,900 (your share). You will also pay 10% of the taxes, storage and maintenance costs.

RV Time share or Fractional ownership is one of the most cost effective ways to own an RV with up to 9 other owners, use it about 30 days of the year, pay 10% of the price, the storage, the taxes and registration, insurance and maintenance. In return you will get to use this RV for 10% of the time, (approx. 30 days a year). You will also get a 10% vote on what to do and how to manage your RV. You

and your partners will vote as to when and if you should sell, trade, keep, or donate your Rv. You are in the driver seat! We take care of the scheduling, storage, routine maintenance and upkeep, sanitizing and preparing your RV for the next trip, for free the first year. You then vote the following year to either hire us to continue maintaining, scheduling and storing the RV or have a volunteer partner to take on this task after the first year.

We sold the RV about a year ago because we went through relocation twice due to the Kellogg expansion project. The first move was due the City finally getting the project started (phase one) and the second move was due to changes in the design and the timing of the project. We hope to bring back an new RV to rent out once our other businesses settle down at the new, new location 15550 East Kellogg (US 54)

It breaks my heart to let go of this RV. We just did not have the opportunity focus on this business as we had to move...

It breaks my heart to let go of this RV. We just did not have the opportunity focus on this business as we had to move the other businesses twice do to the Kellogg expansion project. I hope we can resume with a new unit once we get the new location up and running. Meanwhile, you can bid on this RV here, no reserve.
