We stayed here for our Disneyland Paris trip and Marvel fans NEED to check this place out! 🦸

🏙️ Stunning Art Deco design/Marvel touches everywhere you look
🛏️ Spacious rooms — plenty of room to relax after a long park day
🍽️ Dinner at the Manhattan Restaurant under that jaw-dropping Asgard-inspired chandelier
🍹 Drinks at the Skyline Bar with views of the city skyline... including Avengers Tower!

⏰ Huge perk: staying on-site gets you Extra Magic Time — early entry 1 hour before the parks open. We used it and basically walked onto several rides with little to no wait. Worth it for this alone!

If you're a Marvel fan visiting the parks, this hotel is a must. 💛

Your favorite concert duo: Paris edition

Tonight we get to see Orville Peck at Le Trianon. 🤠 Just wrapped our VIP soundcheck and Q&A session where we got to hear two songs not on tonight’s setlist. Also got a signed poster from Orville.

Did you know that concert abroad are often cheaper than seeing the same artist in the US (even when you factor in airfare & hotel). Plus anytime you tack on traveling it’s a win/win.

Oh you are going to Paris? Well I have just the right person for you to meet. Today we went on a private tour of Paris with th.howard and had the best day ever! We saw so much in one day and it was a great mix of top sites, architecture, food, hidden gems & shopping.

I met Thomas (virtually) last summer after arranging a private tour for clients. He has quickly become my “go-to” for anyone with Paris on their travel plans. I’m so glad we got to meet IRL and could experience the tour first hand.

Visiting a city and want a personal perspective? I can definitely make that happen in almost any city across the globe!

When I travel to Europe I prefer to stay in smaller boutique style hotels away from the touristy parts of town.

For this stay we are in the Latin Quarter at Hôtel Monge. The service has been 5 ⭐️ from the moment we walked through the doors. Our room is large (for European standards), the location can’t be beat. Also you can’t complain about a free mini bar in the room (restocked daily)

There are so many restaurants, bars and patisseries nearby. I wish we had more time to visit them all

Today we say goodbye to Switzerland and head to Paris on the TGV ( train à grande vitesse). 🚆 🇫🇷

Traveling via train in Europe is one of my favorite things to do. With frequent trains & affordable tickets it’s a great option vs flying when possible.

Have you ever run off the side of a mountain in Switzerland? I have 😳. And let me tell you I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Maddie and I had the best time paragliding with Paragliding Interlaken.

Thanks to some thermal updrafts I was able to get to ~5,000 feet and had 35 mins of airtime. It was a surreal feeling literally flying with birds! 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

The countdown is ON... and I’ll officially be Out Of The Office in 5 days! ✈️ (and yes my bag is already packed 🧳),

Not gonna lie... I’ve been a little jealous living vicariously through Maddie’s European adventures over the last 3 weeks. Then I had a lightbulb moment 💡

Why don’t I just meet her over there and extend the trip? 😂

So later this week I’m headed to Geneva (via Zurich) to meet up with Maddie, and we’ve got a full 10 days packed with adventures ahead.

We’ll be visiting Geneva, Interlaken, and Paris with plenty planned along the way including a private tour of Paris featuring all of the major highlights, museums, a concert (with VIP/Soundcheck/Q&A), and of course Disneyland Paris where I’m especially excited to experience the brand new Adventure World expansion firsthand. 🏰

One of my favorite parts of being a travel advisor is getting to experience destinations for myself so I can better guide my clients. I love being able to say “I’ve been there, I’ve done that... here’s what I recommend.”

I’ll be sharing our adventures throughout the trip, so follow along over the next couple of weeks!
