For the first time in more than 80 years, the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) Boys & Girls Basketball State Championships – all classes – will be hosted together in one regional footprint across Wichita and Hutchinson in 2028.

The state championships will bring athletes, fans and communities from across the state together while showcasing the strength of regional collaboration and Wichita’s continued momentum as a premier sports destination.
