2025 Rates as Follows:
May 3 to June 13: rent is $1750 per week plus $500 refundable damage deposit plus $200 refundable cleaning fee
June 14 to August 22: rent is $2300 per week plus $500 refundable damage deposit plus $200 refundable cleaning fee.
August 23 to September 5: rent is $1950 per week plus $500 refundable damage deposit plus $200 refundable cleaning fee
September 6 to Sep 26: rent is $1750 per week plus $500 refundable damage deposit plus $200 refundable cleaning fee
Refund Policy – Full refund if canceled 16 weeks or more before reservation. Cancel within 16 weeks before stay a full refund after your reservation re-rents.
