AMENITIES:
- Weekly Rentals Only: Saturday (2 pm check-in) to Saturday (11 am check-out).
- The Rental consists of the entire 1st floor (not the 2nd + 3rd floors) as depicted in the pictures and videos posted.
- Bayfront view with full dock and floating dock privileges. Boat Slip rental available at extra cost. Ask when booking.
- Amazing sunrises + sunsets and your own private Tiki Bar + BBQ.
- Sleeps 6 comfortably between 3 bedrooms (1 Queen / 1 Queen / 2 Twins).
- 1 + 1/2 bathrooms plus 1 outdoor shower.
- Central Air Conditioning / Heating plus overhead ceiling fans.
- Full Kitchen plus Washer + Dryer.
- High Speed Internet plus Xfinity Cable TV including Netflix, Peacock, Hulu, and Disney+ streaming apps.

LOCATED:
- a few blocks walk to the FREE Wildwood Crest Beach on Rambler.
- a nice walk, casual bike ride, or UBER trip to the Wildwood Boardwalk, The Wildwood Boardwalk, The Wildwoods Convention Center, North Wildwood, Anglesea Beach, or Diamond Beach.
- a short drive south to Cape May, OR north to Stone Harbor, Avalon, then Sea Isle.
- an hour drive north to Ocean City + Atlantic City.
- Literally two doors down from Lakeview Docks fishing / crabbing / jet ski / kayak / paddle board rentals + more.

* GUESTS provide their own linens, towels, and sheets (for 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds).
* GUESTS also provide their own essentials such as toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent.
* GUESTS are welcome to bring their own crab traps, fishing poles, rafts, kayaks, paddle boards, etc, and more to fish and swim off the dock and floating dock. Or you can rent them from Lake View Docks located 2 doors down from us.

Christmas In July was back in full effect last night on Sunset Lake, Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. I remember Sunset Lake being this busy every day back in the 70's and 80's and 90's. Here's mom celebrating CIJ with daughter Kelly, eldest granddaughter Brittany, husband Marc, and first great grand child Hunter.

Costigan's Quarters wishes everyone a Happy Belated National Flag Day (June 14th).

Flag Etiquette + Tips:

1. A flag should not be stored wet which can cause permanent creases.

2. If a flagpole is 40 feet, the flag dimensions should be 6 by 10 feet.

3. The flag shouldn’t be flown in inclement weather unless it’s an all-weather flag.

4. Flags displayed at night should be properly illuminated.

5. In a time of national mourning, hang the flag at half-staff.

6. The flag should not touch anything below it or rest on the ground.

7. If a flag is damaged or worn out, it should be disposed of with dignity.
