As we head into 2026, I want to clearly share how I work and what you can expect when partnering with me for travel planning.

My goal is to create thoughtful, personalized travel experiences and that happens best with clear communication and a defined process.

Here’s a quick overview:
✨ Every trip starts with a consultation
-We’ll talk through your travel style, priorities, and make sure we’re a good fit before moving forward.

✨ After the consultation, you decide how to move forward
-Following our conversation, I’ll send a recap of what we discussed. You’ll then choose whether you’d like to officially hire me as your travel advisor, wait and revisit planning later, or decide not to move forward at this time. No pressure - just clarity.

✨ Should you choose to hire me, a personalized travel planning investment is required before planning begins
-This allows me to dedicate focused research time to your trip and deliver a personalized proposal. The investment is based on the complexity of the trip and will be discussed during the consultation.

✨ You’ll receive my first & best proposal
-Instead of overwhelming you with options, I send one carefully curated recommendation based on our consultation. I will make revisions if needed based on your feedback.

✨ Communication expectations
• Responses within 24–48 business hours, Monday & Wednesday–Friday
• No weekend responses
• 24/7 support while you are traveling

✨ Office hours
Monday & Wednesday–Friday, 9am–3pm CST
