Just a few more days and we will have our WCMG Lady Riders Third Annual "Ride for the Cure 2024" with our partners at Wildcat Harley Davidson!
Join us this Saturday October 5th as we "Ride for the Cure" on Rattlesnake192 with our WCMG Lady Riders Group which includes some Breast Cancer Survivors and some special guests this year! It is going to be perfect weather and a great day to ride for a great cause and visit our friends at the Souvenir Shack!
Real men do wear Pink and we do it in October for those we have lost in our own families to this dreaded disease, for the breast cancer survivors in our group, and to raise money for research to help other women and their battle with Breast Cancer which affects 1 out of 8 women each year..
All are invited to attend this even! Car, Bike, Jeep, and Slingshot! Bring what you got! Get there early on Saturday as our BOA/WCMG Breast Cancer Awareness Shirts are in Limited Supply this Year! Do not miss your chance to get yours! We will see you there!

Thank you to our friends at G&E Burgers on the Cumberland River in Williamsburg Kentucky for being on our BOA LIVE! Show this week! The secret is out, now you know were our favorite place to eat is in the "Burg" and on the East side of Copperhead Trail KY and also why! The food was great as usual and the view from the deck and the dining room.... You will have to go see it for yourself!

Thank you to our friend and one of our very favorite guests Maggie Monhollen, Park Manager at Cumberland Falls State Resort Park for being on our BOA LIVE! show this week as we went LIVE! from Copperhead Trail KY to help them celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Kentucky State Parks! A big celebration is coming up this weekend at the Falls and everyone is invited to attend. If you missed our BOA LIVE! Show yesterday you can watch it at the link below! We had some big announcements on our show with Maggie including our biggest announcement of the night which is this year's upcoming "Mountain Mainstreet Invasion Cumberland Falls!" We are coming to invade your small town main streets again this year in Mid October and all the towns we have missed here on the bike side this season and it all centers around Cumberland Falls State Resort Park! Stay Tuned for that Post and for more information!

Calling All Bikes and Cars!
There is even a special place being reserved for the first 25 bikes that come to Dupont Lodge at the Park this Saturday and they are also having a Cruise In and Cake! Stay tuned for those details as I post that event right here on Backroads of Appalachia and we call on all the Bikes and Cars in our community that are not attending our other events this weekend to one of our favorite places to show our support of our state parks and on the home trail of the WCMG!
