🇺🇸 THE FREEDOM 250 TRUCK IS AT PATRIOTS LANDING! 🇺🇸

Make plans to stop by Patriots Landing today through Thursday, September 15–17, and experience a unique piece of American history!

If you’re not familiar with the Freedom 250 Truck, it’s a traveling mobile museum created as part of the nationwide celebration of America’s 250th anniversary. The interactive exhibit brings the story of American independence to communities across the country, sharing the journey from the 13 colonies and the fight for freedom to the people and moments that have helped shape our nation. 🇺🇸 (U.S. Department of War⁠)

Visitors can explore interactive displays, learn about American heroes, test whether they would have been a Loyalist or a Patriot, and even add their name digitally to the Declaration of Independence. (Freedom 250⁠)

This is a wonderful opportunity for families, students, veterans, history lovers, and our entire community to step inside the story of America.

🇺🇸 A Nation Remembers Kick off Wednesday Night, 9/16 at 6:00 PM - Opening Party at Patriots Landing Kentucky!🇺🇸

This will be a wonderful night of fellowship! Join us for music, food and the kickoff for the weekend of events. 🎶Music by Dave Bray, Navy Veteran and former lead singer of Madison Rising. (Free burger, chips and water, while supplies last. 1 per person, please.)

🪕Friday night will be a packed evening in downtown Williamstown, Kentucky kicking off with a great night of bluegrass music starting with Vernon McIntyre at 5 PM, the parade at 6 PM (this WWII M5A1 will be rolling down the streets of Williamstown!) and finishing up with the Edgar Loudermilk Band at 7!🎻🎉

Bring your family, invite your friends and come spend Friday night in downtown Williamstown as we celebrate great music, community and, most importantly, the men and women who have served our country. ❤️💙

🇺🇸🎻 FRIDAY NIGHT (9/18) IN DOWNTOWN WILLIAMSTOWN — BLUEGRASS, COMMUNITY & A VERY SPECIAL WELCOME HOME! 🎻🇺🇸

As part of A Nation Remembers Veterans Weekend, make plans to join us Friday, September 18 in downtown Williamstown for an evening of live bluegrass music and a community-wide salute to our veterans. The evening centers around the 6:00 PM Welcome Home Veterans Parade, with Bill Robinson serving as Grand Marshal.

Come early, grab a spot downtown and enjoy some great bluegrass music before the parade.

We’re getting closer to **A Nation Remembers Veterans Weekend, September 16–20, 2026**, and we are incredibly excited to be a proud partner in this meaningful weekend honoring the men and women who have served our country! 🇺🇸

Throughout the week, Grant County will welcome veterans, families, and visitors for ceremonies, special events, exhibits, fellowship, and moments of remembrance. It’s an opportunity for our community to come together and say **thank you** in a very real and meaningful way.

And don’t forget about **Friday night, September 18!**

🇺🇸 **6:00 PM – Welcome Home Veterans Parade**
📍 Downtown Williamstown
Come line the streets and help us give our veterans the welcome they deserve! A variety of participants will gather to honor our veterans, and **Grand Marshal Bill Robinson** will be part of this special evening.

Then make plans to continue celebrating throughout the weekend, including **A Nation Remembers Day at the Ark on Saturday** and the **Candlelight Service Saturday evening at Patriots Landing**.
