🚨 Appliance not even plugged in all the way
🚨 Dishwasher not hooked up
🚨 Sink that doesn’t drain (not vented)
🚨 Loose toilets
🚨 Leaking plumbing fixtures
🚨 A/C that doesn’t even work
🚨 And leaking main water line

All say that you do! 😬

You’re paying too much money to just believe your builder is doing good work. Double check it by using your own independent inspector.

It’s always fun to watch a home come alive. Still a lot left to do but it’s progressing nicely.

Lesson learned. Don’t lean the camera pole against the truck while getting ready because a gust of wind will come blow it over and shatter the mount. At least I keep this spare one in the tool bag for emergencies!

🏡 Checking out this beautifully remodeled home in Plano this morning. I’d love to have a kitchen like this one! 🤩
