**Seattle Based Long Liners Target Alaskan Halibut Fisherman**

While Seattle Based Trawlers have bycatch levels in the Gulf of Alaska that double the entire Sportfishing Harvest. Seattle based Long Liners have submitted a proposal to limit Alaskan Halibut Fishman to just one fish. Why?

Personal Halibut Fishermen's quota comes out before All commercial harvests, if private fisherman who are feeding thier families are reduced, then commercials quota will be increased.
