The Cottage is available off season. If you want your guests staying in Willsboro instead of Plattsburgh PM me. Mid-week stays very reasonable, especially for 1-2 people.

Currently undergoing renovations, this cottage features a washer/dryer, Heat and air conditioning, dish washer, dock, mooring, large exterior deck and more. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 10.
Two rooms feature queen beds ,the 3rd is a bunk room with 4 bunks and a separate entrance. There is also a queen futon in the living area. Each room has a flat screen TV in case you have a rainy day and the main living room has a 55" inch Flat screen. WIFI and cable included.
Completly new bathroom and kitchen featuring on demand hot water so you never run out, stainless appliances, tile and hardwood floors.
Plenty of parking for guests and boat trailers. This cottage has 100 feet of water frontage and adjacent is another 100 ft lot the owner has and you can enjoy that frontage as well. A 60ft floating dock will be installed this spring between the two parcels along with a commercial grade mooring.
