President Trump contacted the remaining cruise lines who hadn’t already suspended their operations to request them to suspend. These final cancellation policies are 100% refund or 125% the fare price as a future cruise credit.

Based on emails I’ve seen from Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival, they are doubling down and are NOT canceling cruises at this point. It makes sense to me that Viking (due to frequent sailings in and around Italy) and Princess (frequent sailings in Asia) would suspend operations but not these other cruise lines.

Celebrity in particular is offering big incentives for bookings in April. I will pull together some examples. Each cruise line still has a generous cancellation policy.

NCL, Carnival, Celebrity and RC are still booking but I don’t know for how long. 👀 I’m sure they would be offering generous cancellation packages like their competitors. 😉
