Get ready for the lunar eclipse of the Sturgeon Moon this Thursday night. The Sturgeon name comes from Indigenous tribes that caught large numbers of the fish in the Great Lakes at this time of year. In the Wimberley Valley, the prenumbal eclipse will begin at 8:23 PM, partial eclipse will begin at 9:35 PM an the total eclipse will occur at 11:12PM . This week, turn off your lights, go outside and enjoy the beautiful Wimberley Valley night skis.
